The right of withdrawal is not granted in the case of a service contract (for the creation of a work) after the services have been fully performed and the execution has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer and his/her knowledge that he/she will lose the right of withdrawal once the trader has fully fulfilled their obligations under the contract. The consumer also has no right of withdrawal in the case of goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs.
Cancellation of the order is possible under the following conditions:
If you have already submitted production files, a cancellation fee of 90€ (including VAT) will be charged. This fee covers all work carried out up to that point and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
It is no longer possible to cancel the order once the record pressing or CD replication process has already begun.
Cancellation is free of charge as long as processing of the file has not yet begun.
