Production Deadlines & Shipping Costs

The estimated shipping date is shown for each product configurator and is calculated based on your selected service for each configuration. The indicated shipping date means that your title will be handed over to the carrier on that day. This date assumes that all production files (printing data, audio files) will be delivered within 24 hours of placing the order and its payment.

If you provide production files that are not suitable for the process, we will communicate with you via email. The estimated lead time will then change based on the time spent preparing the production files—measured in working days.
Once the production files are perfected, prepared, and approved by our technicians, we will initiate the production process, and you will receive an email with the exact shipping date.

General Production Lead Times

CDs 

5 to 14 days depending on the selected packaging. The more complex the packaging, the longer the production time.
 

Vinyl Records

The shipping date is determined after receiving your audio files for review. Once approved, the standard lead time is 5–6 weeks, depending on current production capacity. This option is guaranteed only without test-pressing.


Cassette Tapes:

Production takes 3 to 4 weeks after approval of all production files.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Once your title is handed over to the carrier, it will be delivered within a maximum of 48-96 hours to the address provided in your order.
Guaranteed 24-hour delivery is available for an extra charge. Please inquire if needed.

All parcels will be delivered via DHL. The maximum weight per box is approximately 25 kg, allowing orders to be shipped in multiple boxes up to a total weight of 70 kg. For weights above 80 kg, shipments will be dispatched on pallets
