Where we process personal data in connection with a contract or potential contract we have with you, the lawful basis for processing is the performance of the contract or taking steps to deal with your request prior to entering into a contract. Where the lawful basis for processing personal data is your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

We may use your personal data in the future for further contact related to our activities, for the purpose of sending commercial communications and for the fulfillment of the legitimate interests of the administrator and operator of the AZCD website.

Personal data will not be provided to other persons, except for the disclosure of the name and delivery address to the delivery person and except for the disclosure of the name and order details to the contractual operator of the secure payment gateway Comgate.cz, which uses the data you have filled in only for processing payments in the public data network Internet. The operator undertakes to use this data only for these purposes and to the extent necessary for this, until you express your disagreement with this processing. II. Checking and correcting personal data

Please note that if you do not allow us to collect personal data, we are likely to be unable to offer you all the products and services and some of them may not be able to take into account your interests and preferences.
